These include:

  • In-line skating (three sessions: Spring, Summer & Fall) targeting newer and advanced skaters to increase balance, body awareness & agility, reinforce skiing specific movements, and improve line.  See video below.
  • Group plyometrics and agility traiing (targeting J4s and up).  See below for a guide for independent training.
