LMRT depends on the active participation of its parent-members to manage the organization and to organize races and other events for the enjoyment of our athletes.

• Each LMRT family is REQUIRED to help organize the annual USSA race the club hosts.
  There is a series of optional races throughout PARA.  All require help from parents of the participants and hosted by the racing clubs at each mountain.
• LMRT's race is vital to our club, and all families are required to volunteer in some fashion and help make it a success.

  Consider leading LMRT as a committee member or member of the Board of Directors.  Elections are held annually at the LMRT Spring Picnic. All LMRT members are encouraged to express their views.
