The Board
Seven parents who love this team enough to run it.
Every one of these seven started the same way you did — as a parent in the lodge, holding a coffee, watching their kid figure out gates. Somewhere along the line they decided the team was worth more of their time, and here they are: running the budget, filing the paperwork, wrangling race logistics, and handling the hundred small things that keep 100 athletes on snow every winter.
They're elected by the membership each spring at the picnic. They're at the mountain most weekends, same as you. If you've got a question, ask.

HOW THE BOARD WORKS
Elected By You, Every Spring
Board elections happen at the annual Spring Picnic and Membership Meeting. The board nominates a slate of candidates but any LMRT member can run from the floor.
Translation: if you've got opinions about how this team should run, there's a way to act on them.
